CND Plexigel Removal- (1.5 hours needed) £40 including a mini manicure.
Oops, Nail Repair- If you damage a nail after your appointment, repairs are charged at 15% per nail of the original treatment cost. Plus a minimum £15 appointment fee (You can book a mini massage for £15.)
PAYMENTS:
Please note we can only accept: PayPal or BACS (at the time of treatment), or cash. We do not have a card machine.
BOOKING:
Minimum Appointment Cost- Please note all appointments come with a minimum £15 appointment cost. (This includes nail repairs.)
Booking Fee- At the time of your appoitment a £15 booking fee will need to be paid, to secure your appointment slot, this is refundable, (unless stated differently at the time of booking) 48 hours prior to your appointment. You can keep your booking fee on your account and roll it over to make future bookings, as long as it is still valid.
CANCELLATION POLICY:
To ensure we are as efficient as possible for my clients, Claire's Creative Nails maintains a 48-hour cancellation policy. If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, don’t show up or cancel your appointment with less than 48hrs notice, you are responsible for the full amount of scheduled service. If it is COVID-19 related and less than 48-hours notice is possible please ring the salon to discuss in these circumstances and rebook your appointment.
DEPOSITS:
During busy periods CCN will ask for a £15 non-refundable booking deposit to secure your appointment slot, once payment has been received the appointment slot is reserved for you. If you cancel your appointment (under 48hrs notice) or are more than 15 minutes late you will lose your appointment slot, deposit and are responsible for the full amount of scheduled service. Thank you for your co-operation, understanding and support.
MINIMUM AGE POLICY:
Please note due to insurance I cannot have children in the salon during treatments. Only one client is allowed in the salon for treatment at any one time. I cannot perform any Gel polish or CND Shellac treatments on anyone under 16. Thank you for your understanding.
GDPR and COVID POLICIES-
An email with all the information regarding our Covid procedures will be sent to you prior to your appointment. If you have recently had Covid (even after the isolation period) we ask that you inform us on your Medical Questionnaire as Covid has been known to increase people's allergic reactions. A GDPR form and Medical Questionnaire will be kept on file for each client, stored in a locked filing system.
What type of nails is IBX designed to improve?
As a qualified CND Nail Technician I know that I do all that I can to care for my nails, I use Solar Oil 5 times a day, Cuticle Eraser at night, CND Scentsations Hand Lotions and I always wear gloves when cleaning. Although, I have high end products on my nails which not only looks beautiful and helps to protect my nails, they don’t improve my natural nails from within. I still have weak, peeling natural nails, so I can understand your frustrations if you have natural nails that still need more help. This is where the IBX System will be another tool to my Nail Technician’s belt, using IBX I can now improve your nail health from within the nail plate!
When will I see results?
Results vary from person to person but the results of IBX can be seen from the very first treatment! As the weeks go on and the treatment is continued your natural nail health continues to improve resulting in stronger, healthier natural nails. Some clients can then space out their treatments from weekly to fortnightly and others can even go monthly.
